Memory Care

Ventana Winds Memory Care is our satellite campus located near the west of the main building. The Memory Care program dedicates itself to assisting those residents that have memory loss. Caregivers at Ventana Winds have all been specially trained to care and assist residents that show or have shown any signs of memory loss with the personal attention they require.

Our Community offers stimulating activities daily in a safe environment and are designed and created to enhance our resident’s quality of life. Our Memory Care Wing has a high ratio of care givers to residents which enables us to continuously monitor our residents, and respond quickly to changes in physical and cognitive health.

Before moving in, each resident is given an assessment by licensed Ventana Winds staff, to enable us to create a personal care plan that is unique for each individual resident.
